Return Policy & Instructions
All merchandise sold by allmurano.com, come from the finest Italian manufacturers and are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and inspected by a very careful quality control. All products offered by allmurano.com are protected by a 30 Day Full Satisfaction Policy, which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for:
• A full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges.
• A product exchange (Customer is responsible for shipping costs, usually $4.5 for US and $5.00 other countries)
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit.
"New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
All Murano jewelry are hand made from glass, therefore, there are fragile and could break if knock on a hard surface! We assume no liability for it!
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please mention your order number from your original confirmation e-mail.. Allmurano.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact us immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact allmurano.com
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (minus shipping) will be credited to your card within 7-10 business days after the item arrived in our warehouse.
